Chonghui Zhang has over 10 years of expertise in real estate development in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Zhang holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Construction Management and is a LEED BD+C accredited professional. Zhang has successfully managed the complete development lifecycle of projects exceeding $300 million in total value with proven experience in construction management, design coordination, and financial oversight.

Director of Operations
Tira Franco is a real estate and operations professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors of the industry. She has played a key role in the full life cycle of commercial and residential real estate investments, including deal sourcing and acquisition, capital raising, market analysis, due diligence, asset management, and divestiture. Ms. Franco earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
